Of coursethe great thing about big-ticket productions coming to town are the education resources that accompany each and every show that teachers can tap into.

Filled with activity prompts and discussion topics these resources may be used to engage students in theatre and musical theatre with possible cross-curriculum collaboration and project-based learning possibility.

A possibility taken on in leaps and bounds by Hamilton producer Jeffrey Seller, Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda, The Rockefeller Foundation, the NYC Department of Education, and the Gilder Lehrman Institute.

Since 2015, the EduHam program has given 250,000 students across America the opportunity to see Hamilton live on stage and integrate the show into classroom studies.

The Gilder Lehrman Hamilton Education program includes a Hamilton Student Performance and Study Guide and an online creative platform for students to develop and produce original performances.

EduHam’s FREE resources are available to all.

For the Australian Eduham resource download the Australian Hamilton Education Guide, and align activities to your existing units of work, or just be inspired.
