Tamworth Country Music Festival

It’s all happening in January with events and festivals starting the new year off with a bang.

From Friday 17 Jan- Sunday 26 Jan 2020 the annual Tamworth Country Music Festival gets underway. Celebrating Australian Country Music talent the Tamworth Festival is Australia’s largest music festival and one of the top 10 music festivals in the world.

The variety of country music is endless during the festival with over 700 performers and 2,800 shows across 120 different venues. There are hundreds of buskers in Peel Street alone, providing a diverse range of entertainment each day – attracting over 300,000 visitors across the 10 days!

It’s not only action for the visitors but artists from all levels have the chance to win in the multitude of awards and competitions on offer:
